Is there a free trial?

Yes. New workspaces get 14 days or 60 answered minutes, whichever ends first, with no card required. Activate the trial once your line has a number and an approved answer. Relay then costs £149/month plus £199 assisted setup, waived for the first ten customers. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

What counts as an answered minute?

Time the agent spends on a connected call, summed over the month and rounded up once. Calls that end with the agent taking details for a callback still count for the time it was on the line.

What happens past my included minutes?

Additional minutes cost 25p each within the spending limit you choose. The default is £0 extra. At the limit, new calls use your configured fallback. Calls already underway can finish; metered overage is capped at your limit.

Are annual terms available?

Annual and enterprise terms may be agreed in writing. Published monthly prices apply only to the plans shown.
