Relay by Corsift

The customer agent that never says anything you didn't approve.

Relay answers diverted service calls using approved answers and captures callback requests for your team. Review the enquiry, reveal the contact number, assign a colleague and mark the follow-up complete. A captured request is ready for your team to act on; it is not a confirmed booking.

A call read turn by turn in the Corsift console: caller span, hear-think-speak timing, knowledge hits

See how answered calls are handled.

Call timelines show available processing events and measured turn timings. Response times vary with the caller, network and providers; the timeline is not an end-to-end latency guarantee.

  • Measured turn timings. Review recorded processing events to investigate slow responses.
  • Useful follow-up details. Callback notes and contact details are stored. Live recording is off by default; uploaded recordings retain original audio.
  • Callback rules you define. Requests outside approved answers can move to callback capture. Your team monitors the inbox and decides the response; emergency triage is outside the standard service.

It only knows what you approved.

Answers come from a governed knowledge base. Draft entries are proposed from your real calls, a person approves or rejects each one, and only approved knowledge goes on the line. If a suitable approved answer is unavailable, Relay offers to capture a request for office follow-up.

  • Approve to publish. Every answer card is reviewed by your team before the agent may use it.
  • Grounded by design. No knowledge match means no improvised answer.
  • Confidence you can see. Each extraction shows its confidence; low-confidence items queue for human review.
  • Actions, not just answers. Connect Commusoft and confirmed bookings write straight into the diary; every tool call runs under the same policy and lands on the same audit trail.

Containment, escalation and latency analytics in the Corsift console

Containment is the number that matters.

How many calls did the agent finish without a person, how many did it hand off, and how fast did it speak. The console reports it daily, per agent, against the same budget the engineers build to.

  • Containment and first-call resolution per agent, per window.
  • p50 and p95 measured turn latency, when a sufficient sample is available.
  • Compliance pack export: configured region labels, audit counts and supported redaction patterns in one file; this is not a compliance certification.

Built for your front line

The standard launch offer is for routine enquiries and callbacks at UK service businesses. Specialist use needs a separate assessment.

Trades and property services

Capture names, contact numbers and the reason for the call while your team is on a job.

Small service teams

Answer approved questions about opening hours, coverage and services, and queue follow-up requests.

Specialist sectors

Clinical, emergency and privileged-information workflows require a separate suitability assessment. They are outside the standard self-service offer.

Put a governed voice on your line
