Relay security and data handling

Service operator

Relay is a product of Corsift, a trading name of ASG INFOTECH LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 13873222. Registered office and correspondence address: Sterling House Maple Court, Maple Road, Tankersley, United Kingdom, S75 3DP. Contact: hello@corsift.com.

Access and customer separation

Relay uses authenticated workspace membership and role checks. Tenant identifiers scope application records and knowledge retrieval. Telephone routing requires a verified number allocation. Callback contact access is audited. Customers should restrict workspace membership and use the account security controls provided by the sign-in service.

Answers and callbacks

Runtime FAQ answers must match an approved answer belonging to the workspace and agent. Unmatched questions move to callback capture. This reduces unsupported answers but does not guarantee that an approved answer is correct or that speech recognition is perfect. Review your knowledge and test representative calls before forwarding a business line.

Data protection

Public connections use HTTPS. Credentials are held in deployment secrets, and callback numbers are encrypted at rest. Access to office inference uses a private Tailscale connection. Uploaded audio is not automatically anonymised. Pattern-based transcript redaction is a limited safeguard, not a guarantee.

Recovery and operations

Scheduled backups copy data to separate Civo object storage. Backups are recovery copies, not a promise of uninterrupted service. Recovery includes restoring the database and objects, rebuilding knowledge retrieval and checking isolation before reopening calls. Operational checks cover backup freshness, usage delivery, dependency availability and provider credits. The standard plan has no guaranteed recovery time.

Reporting a concern

Send security or data concerns to hello@corsift.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue, avoiding unnecessary caller data or credentials. The privacy notice and data processing agreement describe retention and responsibilities.
