Privacy and cookies
This notice explains how Corsift uses optional website analytics and the choices you have. Analytics are off unless you actively allow them.
Who operates Corsift
Relay is a product of Corsift, a trading name of ASG INFOTECH LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 13873222. Registered office and correspondence address: Sterling House Maple Court, Maple Road, Tankersley, United Kingdom, S75 3DP. Contact: hello@corsift.com.
For Relay service data, see the Relay privacy notice.
Who this notice covers
This notice covers visitors to corsift.com and users of chat.corsift.com where optional product analytics are offered. Customer service data may also be governed by your organisation's Corsift agreement and data processing terms.
What we collect
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive page visits, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and a small set of product events such as starting a demo request, completing a signup, starting checkout, or confirming a subscription.
We do not send names, email addresses, organisation names, form contents, chat prompts, chat responses, file contents, or payment values to Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use aggregate reporting to understand which pages are useful, where visits come from, and whether signup and subscription journeys work. The lawful basis for optional analytics is your consent. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.
Your choice
Select Allow analytics to opt in or Reject analytics to keep analytics off. You can reopen the same controls at any time using the Privacy choices button. Withdrawing consent reloads the page and stops the analytics container from loading again.
Cookies and local storage
Corsift stores your analytics choice in local storage so the site can remember it. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party measurement cookies. Rejecting analytics does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics.
Retention and sharing
Google Analytics event-level data is configured with a two-month retention period. Pseudonymous user data is configured for fourteen months without extending retention on new activity. Aggregate standard reports may be retained for longer. Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data for Corsift under Google's data processing terms.

Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, email us at hello@corsift.com.
