Common questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What happens when I hit my message limit on Free?
On the Free plan, you have limited messaging. Once you reach the limit, you'll need to wait for it to reset. Upgrading to Chat gives you expanded messaging, and Founder provides extensive messaging capacity.
What are policy packs?
Policy packs let you control what data gets automatically redacted before it reaches AI models. For example, you can configure rules to strip postcodes, phone numbers, or custom patterns. Department-level packs (Founder) let different teams have different redaction rules.
